When an expert cannot tell 'what constitutes a Skill', how can a person who failed to attain....

WHAT MAKES THE SKILL POSSIBLE AND CONSTITUTES IT?

What makes the SKILL of typing possible? What constitutes the Skill of typing?

What makes the SKILL of musical instrument possible? What constitutes the Skill playing an instruments?

What makes the SKILL of Samadi, i.e. Concentration on breathing without thinking,  possible? What constitutes the Skill of Samadi?

Even all most of all expert typists, Musicians and much adapt Samadi Meditators will not be able to tell, 'what constitutes a Skill', in their field of expertise.

Only thing one can say is that, practice is the one of the reason by which one is acquiring the skill. So practice.

When an expert cannot tell 'what constitutes a Skill', how can a person who failed to attain the Skill of the Samadi, can analyse its viability?
